Ms. Yu Jie graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2010, attaining Master’s degree, and simultaneously got LL.M degree from Hamburg University, Germany, majoring in EU Intellectual Property Law.
Ms. Yu’s practice focuses on trademark registration, opposing process, provisional refusal review process, dispute process, well-known trademark application and litigation management of trademark and patent disputes.
